Lake Harvest operates a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system in its factory. We ensure a safe and healthy working environment. We operate daily visual inspections of all equipment.
Staff welfare and our relationship with the local community are important to us. We have a health officer who gives help and advice on all issues to do with the well being of our employees. We have active and successful sports clubs within the business.
