Ingredients
Tilapia fish fillets
Cornflour
1 cup self raising flour
Salt & pepper to taste
¾ cups water
Oil for frying
In a bowl mix self raising flour, salt and pepper together. Gradually add water to form a thick batter.
Coat tilapia fish fillet in cornflour, then batter and fry gently until golden brown. Flip and repeat.
Crispy Battered Fish Goujons
Tilapia fish fillets cut into chunks
Cornflour

Serve with tartare Sauce
Combine in a bowl ¾ cups mayonnaise, 2 finely chopped gherkins, 1 finely chopped spring onion, 1 Tbsp chopped parsley, mix together, season with salt & pepper
