Ingredients
2 Lake Harvest Tilapia Fish Skin On Fillets, cut into pieces
Marinade
1 tbsp Cumin powder
2 tsp paprika powder
1 Tsp Crushed Ginger and Garlic paste
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
½ Avocado Cubed
Squeeze Of Lemon Wedge And Orange Wedge
¼ Cup Cucumber Sliced
1 Medium Tomato Chopped
¼ Red Onion Sliced
1 Chilli Chopped
1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
Dusting
½ Cup plain flour
¼ Corn Flour
Salt & Pepper
4 Tbsp Oil
Method
For the marinade, mix all ingredients in a bowl, add the cut fillets and mix together. Season with salt and pepper and let it stand for about 30 minutes.
For the salsa – mix together avocado, lemon juice, orange juice, cucumber, chopped tomato, sliced red onion, chopped chilli, onion and freshly chopped coriander. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Refrigerate
Mix plain flour and cornflour together, season with salt and pepper.
Add marinated fish to the seasoned flour and coat it well.
Heat enough oil in a pan to shallow fry the fish until golden brown.
Serve with prepared salsa
