Ingredients
3 medium whole tilapia or bream fish, descaled, and gutted
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons paprika
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
juice from 1 lemon

Method
1.Preheat oven to 180degrees
Slit fish
Mix the spices with the lemon and 3 tbsp oil, smear onto fish and into slits.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours
Line an oven tray with foil and drizzle with oil .
Now lay the fish on the tray and place in oven to preheated oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with vegetables and a starch of your choice.
